Refund Policy

Transparency is our priority. Here is how we handle refunds.

1. Our Commitment

At Smart Summarizer AI, we strive to provide the most accurate AI-powered summarization. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a limited refund window for our premium plans.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To prevent abuse of our AI resources, refunds are only issued if the following criteria are met:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • The user has processed fewer than 5 summaries using the premium engine.
  • The account has not previously received a refund for any Nexilant product.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The 7-day refund window has passed.
  • The user has exceeded the "Fair Use" threshold (5+ summaries) during the refund period.
  • Subscription renewal charges (Users are encouraged to cancel before the renewal date).
  • Account suspension due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed through our payment partner, Paddle. Once approved, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method. Please note that processing fees may be deducted as per Paddle's policy.

5. How to Request

To request a refund, please email us at support@nexilant.com with your registered email address and the Order ID provided by Paddle. Our team will review your usage and respond within 48 hours.
